Property & CommunityConcept project

Meridian Property

A concept lead-generation system for a property firm — a listings website, enquiry funnel and WhatsApp automation designed to turn scattered enquiries into one qualified pipeline.

Challenge

Meridian Property was fielding enquiries through four different channels — a web form, a shared inbox, WhatsApp and phone calls — with no single view of who had actually been followed up. Listings lived in a spreadsheet that only one person could update, the website needed a developer for every small change, and promising leads went cold simply because there was no system built to catch them.

Strategy

We designed the enquiry pipeline first and built the website and marketing around it, rather than the other way round. Every channel — web form, WhatsApp and phone — now feeds one qualification workflow, so agents spend their time on leads worth calling instead of re-entering the same details three times a day.

Execution

We built a listings-driven website with a searchable property database the team can update themselves, a lead capture and qualification funnel, and an AI-assisted WhatsApp flow that answers common questions and books viewings before handing over to an agent. A lightweight reporting dashboard gives management a weekly view of enquiries, viewings and conversion.
