Grace Community Church
A concept identity, website and communications system designed to help a growing congregation welcome first-time visitors and simplify weekly communication.
Challenge
Grace Community Church had a warm, welcoming congregation but a digital presence that undersold it — a dated website, sporadic social posts, and weekly notices sent through a confusing mix of WhatsApp groups and printed bulletins. Visitors researching the church before a first visit found little online that reflected what the community was actually like in person.
Strategy
The strategy was to make that warmth visible before anyone walked through the door: a friendlier identity, a website that answers the questions a first-time visitor actually has — what to expect, what time, where to park, how to get involved — and one clear channel for weekly communication instead of several overlapping ones.
Execution
We refreshed the visual identity, rebuilt the website around visitor journeys and ministry information, and set up a simplified weekly communication system feeding a single newsletter and WhatsApp broadcast from one content source, supported by an events calendar and an online giving page.
