Hale & Verity Advisory
A concept repositioning for a professional services firm — sharper messaging and a credibility-led website designed to convert expertise into qualified enquiries.
Challenge
Hale & Verity had deep technical expertise and very little to show for it online. The website read like a brochure from a decade ago, the messaging leaned on internal jargon rather than outcomes, and enquiries arrived at random rather than as the result of any deliberate marketing effort — leaving good work to be found mostly by referral.
Strategy
We repositioned the firm around the problems it solves rather than the services it lists, rewrote the messaging to speak to the client's decision rather than the practitioner's process, and paired a credibility-first website with a modest content programme aimed at earning search visibility for the questions prospective clients actually ask.
Execution
We delivered new positioning and messaging, a website structured around client problems and proof — case studies, credentials and a clear next step — a small library of authority-building articles, and a simple enquiry funnel that qualifies leads before they reach a partner's calendar.
