Hospitality & FoodConcept project

Harvest & Oak

A concept brand, content system and bookings-ready website for a farm-to-table restaurant, built to turn a strong seasonal menu into full tables midweek, not only at weekends.

Challenge

Harvest & Oak had the two hardest ingredients already sorted: a genuine farm-to-table concept and a loyal weekend crowd. What it lacked was a brand that looked as good as the food tasted. The identity was inconsistent across the menu, signage and social pages, the website couldn't take a booking, and midweek tables sat empty because nobody outside the immediate neighbourhood knew the restaurant existed.

Strategy

We treated the restaurant like a product with a story worth telling: seasonal, local and unpretentious. The brand strategy centred on provenance — naming the farms and growers behind each dish — and gave the kitchen a visual identity flexible enough to work across a menu, packaging and a wine list. Content and social were planned around the growing season rather than a generic calendar, and the website was scoped from day one to take bookings, not just describe the room.

Execution

We delivered a full identity system (mark, type, colour palette and packaging), a photography library built around seasonal menu changes, a bookings-ready website with live table availability, and a content calendar pairing dishes with the story behind them. Social output moved from occasional posts to a structured weekly rhythm across Instagram and Facebook.
